Driven by the thrill and challenge of large-scale events, Marijana is passionate about enhancing and championing the human and craft aspects of live experiences.
Combining innate leadership skills with her 16 years of creative production experience, across an impressive range of high-profile, global events, Marijana has the unique skill of identifying and decoding business and brand needs and pairing them with the perfect amalgam of the Groups’ capabilities. This combined with her intuition and empathy, makes her Interweave’s not-so-secret weapon.

This mantra—combined with a firm belief in creating work of true artistic merit and a commitment to nurturing the creative culture of the Interweave team—makes our Creative Director a real one-of-a-kind in the experience industry.
With a background in design, music, illustration, animation and film-production—and 10 years’ experience in the world of events—our resident renaissance-man combines artistic fundamentals with a strong understanding of stage theatrics, cinema language and storytelling to stretch creative ideas beyond the brief to uncover fresh potential and often exciting possibilities.

One of Australia’s leading brains when it comes to the intersection of brand, business, experience and storytelling, Matt has spent his career helping some of the word’s biggest brands navigate their way into the new world of socially-mired communities and experience-led brand strategies.
In addition to building his craft gin brand (the incomparable Four Pillars Gin… check it out!) and running his own boutique consultancy, Matt partners with Interweave as our Chief Strategy Officer bringing over 20 years of experience to applying creative strategy, storytelling and experience design to our clients’ brand and business challenges.
Our unstoppable senior producer is obsessed with the world of experiential and the thrill of bringing ideas to life in a physical space. Fast thinking and resourceful, Lauren leads teams with an infectious energy, fuelled by her passion for crazy ideas, custom builds and getting stuck in onsite.
Lauren has worked in the world of B2B, consumer and experiential marketing for over 10 years. Her extensive production experience—and deep understanding of the wide breadth of creative and logistic elements required—has delivered brilliant events for clients across a range of industries.
Hyper-efficiency takes human form at Interweave in our producer-extraordinaire, Meghan. With a strong eye for detail and (some might say) an unhealthy obsession with excel spreadsheets, Meghan navigates the production journey from beginning to end—delivering projects on time and on budget, without ever compromising the creative vision.
Propelled by positivity and optimism and a keen focus on logistical planning, Meghan approaches every challenge with a rare combination of energy and dedication—and during her eight years in the event industry, she has successfully and enthusiastically delivered a wide range of events both nationally and internationally.
Matt thrives on the creative challenge of consistently delivering the elusive wow-factor to any live experience. Through a thorough understanding of the audience and a keen eye for detail, he is our memorable-moment maker; the creator of those magical talking points that guests remember long after the final curtain.
Matt’s eight years’ experience in event and show production combined with an extensive background in design, makes him our go-to guy for everything from print and screen production to managing content in partnership with the creative team.
With a creative mind that never ceases to amaze, our uniquely talented Art Director loves the challenge of a new brief and thrives in the exploration and experimentation at the beginning of every project. Driven by all things design, Darren combines progressive thinking with a utilitarian approach that yields some truly mind-blowing work.
A multi-award-winning designer with over 10 years’ experience, Darren combines his strength and knowledge of brand identity, publications, packaging and print with his passion for art (check out his incredible—and widely celebrated—stitching work) to produce effective and inspiring work that sits at the intersection of art and design.

With 10 years’ experience in art direction, corporate communications, musical theatre and live events, Nicole brings a unique cross-disciplinary skill-set which sees her working across myriad mediums of print, screen and live environmental design and styling for some of Australia’s biggest brands and businesses.
What Holly doesn’t know about live events isn’t worth knowing—she can be found leaping into every project with enthusiasm, passion, and a hunger for mastering this continually changing and challenging world. No stranger to getting involved behind the scenes, Holly has an unswerving passion for the process and revels in the opportunity to get stuck in wherever possible.
Holly’s versatility is her secret weapon; and with her background in musical theatre production and stage management she has an uncanny ability to adapt to ever changing conditions, making her an integral part of the Interweave crew.
Sitting at the intersection of the strategic and creative processes, Amber’s unique approach to problem solving blends analytical thinking, intuition, creativity and storytelling. Always eager to get as far under the skin of a business and brief as possible, she builds strategic platforms that provide a solid springboard for exciting and enduring creative work.
With over 15 years experience enhancing local and global brands across myriad sectors, Amber leans on her design background and passion for writing to bring experiences to life, build meaningful connections and inspire positive action.
We love a whiz with numbers… and the financial brains behind our creative business, Trudi leaves no stone unturned when it comes to balancing the books. Impossibly organised and detail oriented, Trudi wields her extensive financial skills and knowledge (and a permanent smile!) to whip the Interweave business into shape.
With over 20 years’ experience across a myriad of industries—from multinationals to small businesses, including eight years in International Trade—Trudi’s business acumen combined with her unwavering positivity makes her a valuable asset to our business.
